So it’s Friday, the boys are asleep so I’m cracking on with sending the info over to the solicitors. I also sent info over to my mortgage advisor and my search guys.
My searches are done through @propertysearchnortheast because they’re faster and more efficient.

1. Always remember, you’re the client so you can use any services you want, and have your solicitor interact with you how you want too! If you’re solicitor rocks like mine does, then that shouldn’t be a problem at all.
2. When you have a team you can trust then you can pretty much spend an hour sending them info and then all you need to do is have a couple of calls and send the money! Jobs a good ‘un!
