Offer Accepted on our 10th Buy to Let!

In this video we go through the steps in negotiating with the seller AND the estate agent.

Offer Accepted!! 10th Rental Property in the bag!

Take aways from this video:1. Offer just below what you actually want to pay. Then when you move and offer a grand more the seller will feel like you're trying to work with them (depends on the cost of your property how much you offer below).2. Don't bid against yourself. If you've decided on your top price stick to it. 3. Give a compelling case to why you're offering what you are and make sure the estate agent understands that and conveys it to the seller.(OH and the 3.5k I mentioned to take it off the market, that was actually 10%, so £5.5k and it was a deposit, not the auction fee. The auction fee was £600+VAT… I'm deadly against £6k auction fees and generally won't buy a property with crazy high fees)#uklandlords #buytolet #property #normallandlord #whoop
