I know things are tough at the moment, so we wanted to help by sharing a document we are using should we need to reschedule a CP12 Gas Safety Inspection or an EIC Electrical Safety Inspection.
We have a lot of our Gas Safety Checks coming up over the next few weeks so I called the RLA help line and they suggested that if a tenant is self isolating that you get them to fill in something confirming that they are currently self isolating and when you can potentially access the property again.

Just download to edit, delete the top paragraph and you’re good to go!
